Qualified Rigger (Workbooks and Tests are available in Spanish)
This program consists of classroom instruction, audio, visual aids, hands on applications and challenging workshops. Students receive all course study material, reference manuals, rigging reference cards a transcript of their performance and successful completion is required for certification. Course can be held at your facility with your rigging and your procedures, or at our facility.

Pre-use Inspection
Determining Load Weights and Evaluating the Load
Awareness of Hitches, Bridles and Safe Rigging Practices
Interpreting the Rigger’s Reference Card and Other Reference Resources
Types of Slings and Rigging Gear
Application of Bridles, Hitches and Rigging Hardware
Sling angle stress and finding the Center of Gravity
This three day course consists of classroom instruction, audio and visual aids, hands on inspection techniques and a unique introduction to metalurgy, manufacturing techniques and practical real world applications. Students receive all course study material, extensive up-to-date reference manuals with inspection criteria from the Wire Rope Technical Board, ASME B30.9, B30.10, B30.16, B30.20, B30.21, and B30.26, reference rigging wallet cards, a certificate, and wallet card. Course can be held at your facility with your rigging or at our facility using our rigging.
